Home
Level 1-20 ---> Thieve from Lvl 2 man in lumbridge. (use home teleport.)
Level 20-50 ---> Thieve from first stall at Ape Atoll. (You must first start the quest Monkey Madness to be able to use the Ape Atoll teleport.)
Level 50-60 ---> Thieve from second stall at Ape Atoll.
Level 60-80 ---> Go to falador castle and pickpocket the Hero.
Level 80-99 ---> Thieve from the third stall at Ape Atoll.
Thieving is hard at first, but once you get 80, you will have 99 in maybe 45 minutes. Good Luck Everyone!!
